Refund policy
At Organik MD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your confidence in our wellness supplements.
Eligibility
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Timeframes:
- Full Refund: 14 days from delivery date (items must be unopened and in original packaging)
- Opened/Used Items: 7 days from delivery date (items that have been opened or used)
- Store Credit: 30 days from delivery date (items must be in original packaging)
- Damaged/Defective Items: 24 hours from delivery notification
Return Process
To initiate a return through our Shopify platform:
- Log in to your Organik MD account
- Navigate to "Order History"
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose the return reason and select the specific items
- Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a return shipping label
- Package the items securely with all original packaging materials
- Attach the shipping label and drop off at the designated carrier
Refund Options
- Full Refund: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Exchange: Available for items of equal value; contact customer service for assistance
- Store Credit: Valid for 12 months from issue date, applicable to all Organik MD products
Refund Methods
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless return is due to our error
- Exchange shipping: We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error
- Damaged items: We provide free return shipping and cover replacement costs
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Personalized or custom-formulated products
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads or online courses
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery

International Returns

Gift Returns

- All returns must be in sealed, unopened packaging for full refund eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
